Steelers left in charge to destroy world on 12-12-12, but forget to show up

The ancient Mayan civilization marked its calendar for 12-12-12 as the day the Pittsburgh Steelers would destroy the world.  Thankfully for the world, the Steelers forgot to show up (just like the did -- or didn't -- last week against the San Diego Chargers).

In other news, the Steeler Face finds it amusing that the team suspended first-round-running-bust Rashard Mendenhall for not showing up for last Sunday's game.  If that's really the offense, the organization should suspend the entire team and coaching staff.
