NFL passes James Harrison rule:
The new rule is this: James Harrison shall be flagged and fined, and the Steelers shall forfeit any game in which James Harrison makes a tackle. The new rule is designed to enhance a previously existing rule in which offensive lineman were allowed to hold Harrison by the neck to prevent him from tackling. The two rules together will now ensure that even if Harrison breaks free of the hold by virtue of his awesomeness, Harrison and the Steelers will be severely punished if his awesomeness results in a tackle of an opponent.
