Top 10 reasons for the Steeler Face to relocate to Cincinnati

The Steeler Face is moving from his current dwelling in the middle of Iowa to Cincinnati later this summer, and here are the Top 10 reasons for the move to the Queen City (besides a better job, of course):


(10) Make friends with other Steeler fans who live in Cincy (there are probably more Steeler fans in Cincinnati than Iowa anyway).  

(9) The Steelers play in Cincinnati at least once per year, but have never played a single game in Iowa.

(8) The Steelers' history making run to Super Bowl XL started with a 31-17 upset of the Bengals in Cincinnati, which can be giggled about it every time I pass Paul Brown Stadium.

(7) The Ohio River is formed in Pittsburgh at the confluence of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers . . . and the Ohio flows past Cincinnati (where I'll be).

(6) Dick Lebeau use to coach in Cincinnati.

(5) It is not Cleveland.

(4) Big Ben Roethlisberger played college ball at Miami University of Ohio (only 40 minutes away).

(3) Pittsburgh is only a 4 hour and 52 minute car ride away from Cincinnati (it is 12 hours and 36 minutes from the middle of Iowa).

(2) Martino's -- Yes, there is a "Steeler bar" in Cincinnati (and I would be willing to wager dollars against dimes that you don't find a "Bengal bar" in Pittsburgh).
