Steelers draft offensive lineman from Stanford in 1st round

As pictured here, DeCastro's QB is upright.
The Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Stanford guard David DeCastro with their 1st round pick (24th overall) on Thursday night.  The fact that he is from Stanford is encouraging as Steeler Nation may assume that he understands basic pass blocking theory, which holds that your quarterback (e.g., Ben Roethlisberger) shouldn't get viciously sacked within 2 seconds of dropping back to pass.
